Im jithma i work as a senior UI/UX engineer now i have been in this amazing and interesting industry for more than 6 years and also i have given my expertise to differnt domain like telco, fintech and education. what i love about my job is everyday is pretty interesting. and have something to build.

so my questions for you is pretty straight forward this time. i ve got a clear idea about skills your thought processes behind the ideations and stuff and i have one question from yourIX24 project which is from your portfolio. how many team members were there? and what was your role? did everyone play a equal role? how did you communicate is that physical meeting or what kind of design decisions you have made to make that product better?

Have you ever heard the approach of empathic design? can you explain about empathic design as your option and from which digital product gives the most empathic design feel?

What do you know about User Behaviors? If you had a chance to do a User behavior research where going to start? you can explain it with in a example like Spotify, Netflix or Uber anything?
